Thursday night shout out goes to my NJ childhood friend, Chris Fleming!
I've known Chris since 1st grade back at Brayton School (Hilltop, what?!). Chris has always been an athlete as long as I've known him. Although he exercises regularly and coaches lacrosse, the last few months he slipped a bit with his nutrition (didn't we all?). Here he is after completing a 30 day nutritional cleanse. Back on an easy to follow schedule, more energy, and looking and feeling better. Congrats, Chris! Your dedication has paid off.

Why Nootropic Elixir?
