    CrossFit Custom Workouts

    Growing up in New Jersey, I played football, lacrosse, and wrestling in high school and lacrosse in college. Training for these sports included many dynamic workouts, including weight lifting, cardio, and agility. 

     

    Today, I also coach dynamic workouts, and we rarely use weights. The calisthenics approach uses your own body weight for resistance and focuses on fundamental movements like push-ups, squats, and pull-ups to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. We are training with minimal to no equipment, making it highly accessible and versatile for all fitness levels. ​

    Workouts include: 

    • ​Burpess 

    • Crunches

    • Planks

    • Squats

    • Jump rope 

    • Pull ups 

    • Hand stands

    These workouts enhance fitness for everyday activities and can be done anywhere, anytime, for effective body conditioning. Calisthenics helps you maintain consistent functional strength through an easy-to-follow workout. I coach CrossFit/Calisthenics workout sessions both in person and online. New group sessions will include monthly goal-setting workshops in 2026. Message me for details. ​
